The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive building information modeling (BIM), electrical schematics, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) review and documentation, legacy documentation digitization, and future expansion planning for twenty-three (23) existing storm water lift stations of various sizes and capacities.
- This initiative supports the county’s commitment to infrastructure modernization, operational efficiency, and scalable design standards.
- BIM modeling
• Provide a detailed baseline project schedule for each lift station within thirty (30) calendar days from the commencement of the contract.
• The baseline schedule must include model submission milestones at the 30%, 60%, 90%, and final stages.
• Each milestone must include the anticipated submission date and a description of the deliverables to be provided at that stage.
• Participate in virtual bi-weekly and end-of-phase model review meetings with county staff and address all comments.
• Develop detailed 3d BIM models for each lift station at a minimum level of development (LOD) 300; LOD 400 is preferred for greater precision.
• Include architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil components relevant to pump station operation and maintenance.
• Ensure model compatibility with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks formats, or other county-approved, industry-recognized standards.
• Apply consistent asset tagging and metadata to modeled elements, including asset identification, system type, location, and attributes necessary to support operations and maintenance.
