Promotional Items

The Vendor is required to provide a wide-ranging selection of awards, recognition, and promotional products and services to include but not limited to:
•    Awards and recognition products: trophies, plaques, electronics, certificates, portfolios, frames, and borders, as well as medals and ribbons. 
•    Promotional products: pens, key chains, coffee mugs, stress balls, mouse pads, stickers, insulated water bottles, lunch bags, can coolers, and embroidered or printed apparel. 
•    All products offered shall be suitable for a government agency and shall exclude any extravagant personal merchandise; offensive or risqué items.
- Requirements
•    Contractor(s) shall accept orders for customization including but not limited to:
o    Imprinting
o    Engraving
o    Embroidering
o    Screen printing
o    Laser printing
o    Digital printing
•    For items requiring customization as listed above, the contractor(s) shall provide design services for artwork as required by department.
•    For pre-designed artwork provided by department, the contractor(s) shall accept a variety of electronic formats such as .JPG, .GIV, .CDR, .AI, via email, ftp or other delivery method. 
•    All artwork shall remain the property of department.
•    A pre-production paper or digital proof is required to be submitted to the ordering department for approval before production begins.
•    The ordering department may require a printed sample of the item or product for approval prior to production of the job.
•    All products are subject to inspection and approval by the ordering department and are subject rejection if the products are not consistent with the ordering instructions, specifications, artwork, quality standards and pre-production approval.
•    Shipping and delivery charges must be included in the final quoted pricing and submitted to the ordering department.
