The Vendor is required to provide marketing and recruitment services with the goal of enhancing mature programs, developing new offerings, and recruiting diverse students to enroll in its programs.
• Market research: provide ongoing, robust, and technically sound analysis of prospective student markets for newly proposed online programs and existing programs seeking to expand; inform whether programs should be right-sized or sunset.
• Marketing and lead generation: create messaging and branding aligned with the strategic marketing plan of the university and program-specific attributes to generate quality leads; support conversion from admitted to enrolled student.
• Recruitment and enrollment services: document contacts with students through a customer relationship management system, qualify student prospects, and direct students to application materials; ensure communication continues beyond acceptance to encourage enrollment.
• Student and faculty support: offer student and faculty support services as an add-on option with a fee for service; programs not needing these services should not incur a fee.
• 24/7 helpdesk and technical support: provide operational procedures and mechanisms for 24/7 student support during recruitment and enrollment.
• Optional services: provide information on other services available that might be of interest to university.
