Promotional Items

The Vendor is required to provide high-quality, logoed promotional and branded items on an as-needed, ongoing basis.
1. Apparel
•    Be available in sizes small to double extra-large (S–XXL), with distributions favoring medium (m) and large (l). 
•    Extended sizes beyond XXL (e.g., 3xl) may be requested on an as-needed basis and must be made available by the contractor where commercially feasible;
•    Use durable fabrics suitable for frequent washing and wear;
•    Support embroidery and screen printing for logos; and
•    Offer eco-friendly options where commercially available.
2. Bags and totes
•    Be constructed from durable materials (e.g., canvas, polyester);
•    Feature prominent logo placement; and
•    Include options for eco-friendly materials.
3. Drinkware
•    Be free and insulated where applicable;
•    Support full-color wraps or imprints; and
•    Offer standard and premium (e.g., stainless steel, dual interior lining) options.
4. Writing instruments
•    Be available in standard and premium options;
•    Include retractable, capped, and multifunction designs;
•    Provide smooth ink flow and legible imprinting; and
•    Be available in assorted colors.
5. Other promotional merchandise
•    Be functional for daily or event use;
•    Include low-cost and higher-value options;
•    Use durable materials; and
•    Offer eco-friendly alternatives.
6. Additional categories
•    The state reserves the right to place orders for commercially available promotional items beyond the categories expressly.
•    Such items must be available through the contractor’s standard catalog and are subject to the pricing terms established in the contract.
7. Anticipated items
•    Conference items: sling bag backpacks, totes, notebooks, sunglasses, lip balm, socks, beanies, water bottles, keychains, charging cables, baseball caps, gloves and mittens, bandanas, and manicure sets.
•    Recruitment items: bookmarks, sunglasses, lip balm, pennants, keychains, adhesive notepads, pens, totes, stickers, new tablecloth, seed paper coasters, first aid kits, and cleaning cloths.
