3. Deliverables
• Draft strategic plan
• An opportunity for the town to provide feedback to the draft
• Final strategic plan (pdf and editable format)
• Brief presentation of the final document to council (virtual acceptable)
• Option: community consultation in the form of an online survey and hard copy.
