The Vendor is required to provide marketing, advertising and branding to support districtwide communication services that align with the college’s master and strategic planning initiatives.
- Includes support with creative services, production, targeted messaging, and districtwide branding initiatives.
- Requirement:
• Assist in district planning initiatives to determine message quality and effectiveness.
• Support targeted marketing initiatives to advance branding strategies in alignment with community engagement, long-term master planning, and student success.
• Develop strategies for broadcasting and narrowcasting for targeted audiences.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and materials for the purposes of, but not limited to:
o Enhancing the college’s brand and name recognition
o Increasing overall enrollment
o Increasing awareness related to the college’s long-term master planning initiatives
o Increasing awareness and outreach to targeted populations, including but not limited to:
1. Adults (18-34 years old)
2. Continuing education
3. High school students and parents
4. Middle school students and parents
5. Ages 65+
6. Other populations as appropriate
• Develop advertising materials to promote consistent branding across the college service area including but not limited to:
o Web and digital (website, digital, and social media)
o Direct mail (newsletters, information pieces, postcards, etc.), and other mail pieces as needed.
o Billboards
o Magazines
o Newspapers
o Radio (includes streaming)
o Television (includes streaming)
• Conduct market research and community engagement facilitation, including periodic surveys and focus groups as needed in coordination with the college.
• Methods can include face-to-face, phone, email and conferencing platforms.
