Event Management Services

The Vendor is required to provide event management services for two signature community events: the fall cultural festival (September) and the winter festival (December).
1. Fall cultural festival: 
•    A 1-day community-wide cultural festival held in September at a town designated venue. 
•    The event features entertainment, food vendors, cultural activities, and family programming. 
•    Estimated attendance: 4,000 – 5,000 attendees. 
2. Winter festival: 
•    A 1-day community winter celebration held in December at a town-designated venue. 
•    The event includes seasonal entertainment, food vendors, holiday activities, and family programming. 
•    Estimated attendance: 5,000 – 6,000 attendees.
