• Dining services, concessions, and foodservice providers
• Pouring rights, beverage category exclusivity, and vending contracts
• Bookstore and course material vendors
• University licensing (trademarks, apparel, merchandise)
• Existing talent booking, entertainment contracting, and event programming agreements.
- Major assets retained by the university
• Conference-level media and digital rights
• Intellectual property and institutional trademarks
• Any marketing assets governed by the university system
- Restricted advertising categories
• Sports wagering, gambling, or betting platforms
• Cannabis, CBD, vaping, or tobacco products
• Alcoholic beverages
• Firearms, ammunition, or weapons manufacturers
• Political campaigns, ballot measures, or issue-based advocacy
• Any category deemed contrary to the university’s mission, academic environment, student welfare, or community standards
- Retained media and digital rights
• Institutional, non-athletics websites
• Academic and research-focused digital assets
• Educational programming, livestreams, and academic video content
• Internal communications and student-facing systems
• Media produced for academic, research, or institutional purposes.
