Branding and Marketing Services

The Vendor is required to provide branding and marketing services for include:
1. Project initiation meeting
•    Brief meeting summary documenting agreements and understandings reached at the initiation meeting, including frequency and method of project progress reports, coordination meetings, and invoices. 
•    File sharing platform
2. Draft designs
•    Draft branding design with options and a draft style and implementation guide 
•    Draft location plan for wayfinding elements 
•    Draft design(s) or theme(s) for wayfinding elements 
•    Draft marketing strategy 
•    Draft design(s) and presentation for downtown marketing collateral 
•    Presentation(s) or other documents needed for engagement with the public and summaries from public engagement meetings. 
•    A presentation(s) for the board of trustees and summary from that meeting 
•    Revised draft design(s) in an adobe acrobat pdf format created using 300 dpi resolution
3. Environmental quality review
•    Act documents and, if necessary, a draft environmental impact statement
4. Final design and construction documents
•    Presentation to board of trustees 
•    Final design and construction documents, certified by a licensed professional engineer, architect or landscape architect in an adobe acrobat pdf format created using 300 dpi resolution 
•    Cost estimates
5. Permits
•    Copies of all required permits and approvals
6. Construction management and site inspection
•    Written monthly progress reports, documenting any issues, project milestones achieved, and percentage complete 
•    Progress notification including a punch list of remaining items and an estimated schedule for project completion
7. Completion of project
•    Completion statement certifying all work has been completed in accordance with the contract, final design and construction specification, and permit requirement certified by a licensed professional engineer, architect, or landscape architect 
•    Two copies of as-built plans for the project 
•    Photo-documentation in the form of digital images of the site prior to, during, and upon completion of the work.
