The Vendor is required to provide as needed, rapid response strategic communications, media relations counsel, and advisory support.
- Respondents must demonstrate deep expertise in media strategy, crisis and issues management, message development, and stakeholder communications.
- Requirement:
1. Strategic communications advisory
• Provide ongoing strategic counsel related to communications initiatives, organizational priorities, and public facing issues.
• Develop or refine communication strategies, plans, frameworks, and messaging.
2. Media relations and guidance
• Review, assess, and advise on media inquiries and potential issues.
• Prepare recommended responses, statements, messaging, and supporting materials.
• Advise on media engagement strategy, risks, and opportunities.
• Conduct media outreach and engagement in collaboration with park and media team (as requested).
3. Issues management and rapid response
• Provide timely consultation in response to emerging issues or reputational risks.
• Respondents should describe their ability to provide rapid response support, including typical response times during business hours and availability outside standard business hours, if required.
• Develop situational messaging, holding statements, Q&A, or other communication materials as need.
4. Monitoring and reporting (as needed)
• Provide media monitoring insights, summaries, or analysis for internal use only.
• Execute other communications related assignments upon request.
