The Vendor is required to provide video production services as requested by the department, which may include but are not limited to:
• Video recording and production for departmental projects
• Editing and post-production services
• Professional special effects and graphic design suitable for television and official public communications
• Video for use in, but not limited to crime prevention, recruiting, social media, promotion, community interest, etc.
• Contract shall be valid for a period of two years with three (3) optional one year extensions.
