The Vendor is required to provide marketing services for include:
• Conceptualize, develop, produce, implement, and evaluate a marketing strategy specific to various public health initiatives identified by state grants;
• Prepare and place customized print for distribution for the campaign;
• Ensure advertising content is consistent with department standards and expectations, including timelines;
• Actively and vigorously negotiate discounted display, posting, listing or advertising rates with various media vendors;
• Provide recommendations for the development and placement of advertising based on market analysis, industry standards, departmental budgets, and consultation with recruitment unit staff;
• Conduct research and market analysis to provide information about target audiences and most effective media placement to reach identified audiences; and
• Have knowledge of the community and be able to give meaningful consultations as to actions, no action, or taking different action regarding any proposed campaign.
