The Vendor is required to provide open education resources marketing services for include:
1. Stakeholder engagement preparation:
• Communicate with key groups providing factual info and support for any responses to counter factually inaccurate information.
• Support key stakeholders with information on the content included in the products and how to use those instructional materials to promote the materials for use in school systems.
• Overall goal: stakeholders are prepared and ready to promote and share information on open education resources (OER) content, availability, and use of the instructional materials.
2. Obtain earned media
• Traditional media (TV, podcast, radio, print)
• Develop rollout plan with media partners.
3. Obtain social media (posts and paid advertisements)
• Produce multimedia collateral, video testimonials and written content to share via tea social media channels, in alignment with tea’s branding standards.
• The contractor will consistently produce and distribute content and information on the product, highlighting effectiveness, use, and different components.
• Targeted advertisements and placement optimization for maximum visibility
4. Strategic communications support
• Propose and provide communications advice and support regarding communicating the development and availability of OER instructional materials made available in state education code chapter 31, including activities to promote, market, and advertise the content included in and how to use those materials.
5. Project management and reporting
• Provide project management, metrics and reports.
• Develop surveys for satisfaction from stakeholders.
