Library Collections Management Strategy Services

The Vendor is required to provide library collections management strategy services to deliver evidence-based guidance related to:
•    Weeding and deaccession of print materials
•    Strategic relocation of low-use print materials to off-site storage
•    Aligning physical collections with contemporary research and instructional needs
•    Supporting data-informed, strategic decision-making for future collections and library space use.
- Implementation (including implementation services)
1. Implementation approach
•    Provide research, analysis, workshops, and presentations
•    No direct implementation, system deployment, or operational execution services are included
2. Key implementation activities
•    Hybrid and in-person meetings and workshops
•    Data analysis of collections, circulation, and usage
•    Collaborative target-setting with library leadership
•    Final synthesis and roadmap presentation.
