The Vendor is required to provide to develop a targeted digital health literacy campaign to promote the cancer program to individuals who have historically not been enrolled in the program.
- The digital health literacy campaign will utilize online video messaging to inform black women about their breast and cervical cancer early detection needs and the cancer program across websites.
- The digital health literacy campaign will be implemented in County. Black women historically have worse cancer related health outcomes.
- The digital health literacy campaign shall not exceed $25,000.
- Grantee will utilize digital video, animated companion banners, and YouTube to place agency digital health literacy messages across the internet.
- Grantee will also produce one (1) set of 6-second animated graphics to be used in the animated companion banner placement. The concept for the ads will be modeled after the previously developed digital health literacy materials for agency and target Black clients. Messaging will be focused on the availability of free cancer screens for those who qualify for agency.
- Grantee will utilize the following assets for the digital health literacy campaign
o Black community 15-second Video 1
o Black community 15-second Video 2
o General program messaging 15-second Video 2
o Cervical cancer 15-second Video 1
- Grantee will provide agency with a final campaign report that summarizes the digital health literacy campaign’s reach and clicks to the agency website landing page.
