The Vendor is required to provide community event management services for include:
- Event coordination
• Plan and execute designated community events.
• Coordinate vendor participation, local business and sponsor participation, event logistics, entertainment, and on-site management.
• Submit special event permit applications and coordinate with town staff regarding traffic control and municipal support.
- Business programming
• Deliver events, educational, and networking programming that strengthen connections among
• Erie businesses, including opportunities for visibility, connection, and professional development.
• Coordinate with regional business support partners, including the SBDC, to facilitate access to consulting services.
- Financial administration
• Administer sponsorship funds in accordance with the agreement.
• Provide post-event financial documentation within the required timeframe.
• Return unused funds in accordance with agreement terms.
- Business ecosystem partnership and coordination
• Coordinate regularly with town staff regarding event planning and programming.
• Participate in city business support ecosystem, including attendance at standing coordination meetings and collaboration with regional partners.
• Provide sponsorship recognition for the town consistent with the sponsorship agreement.
• Provide requested marketing materials, event information, and documentation in a timely manner.
