Event Planner Services

The Vendor is required to provide event planning for the spring fling event happening on April 25, 2026 at university.
- Provide power, structure, design, and crew needs for the execution of spring fling. 
- Provide and set up lighting, sound, talent, and media for the spring fling event. 
- Set up and execute spring fling visuals and FX during the spring fling concert.

•    Custom, synchronized concert visuals
•    Live-mix headline DJ performance
•    Additional opening DJ performance, if needed
•    CRYO systems for burst effects (pending gear availability)
•    Haze system for enhanced beam effects
•    Crew leads and system techs for day of show
•    Trucking, transport, and hotel for all equipment and personnel
•    Production design and on-site build management
•    Venue coordination for design integration and build process.
