The Vendor is required to provide digital marketing vendor to plan, execute, and manage a targeted digital advertising campaign.
- Requirement:
1. Onboarding and discovery
• Review existing brand guidelines, messaging, and campaign assets
• Align on target audiences, campaign goals, and success metrics
• Provide recommendations for channel mix and budget allocation
2. Campaign strategy and development
• Develop a clear media plan outlining platforms, targeting approach, and timeline
• Define audience segments (e.g., workforce) and targeting parameters
• Recommend creative approach and messaging (in collaboration with the agency)
3. Campaign implementation and management
• Set up and launch campaigns across agreed-upon platforms (e.g., google ads, YouTube, meta, programmatic display)
• Manage and optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis, including a/b testing and adjustments to improve performance
• Coordinate with the agency on any required creative assets
4. Reporting and optimization
• Provide regular performance reports (frequency to be determined, e.g., biweekly or monthly)
• Track key metrics such as impressions, reach, click-through rate, video views, and conversions
• Offer ongoing recommendations to improve performance and maximize return on investment
5. Creative development
• Develop all digital advertising creative assets required for the campaign, including display ads, search ad copy, and video ad variations (as needed)
• Adapt and optimize the provided systems change video for use across platforms
• Ensure all creative aligns with the agency brand guidelines (to be provided)
• Collaborate with the agency for review and approval of all creative prior to launch.
