Professional Photography Services

The Vendor is required to provide photographer to provide high quality digital images in JPEG, PNG, TIFF, or BMP formats. Images will be for public/municipal use on the City’s website, social media, and printed materials.
- Provide photography services which may include but not be limited to:
•    Athletics and recreational sports: action images of city sporting leagues taking place at city facilities.
•    Event or meeting photography: images of city events, programs or meetings of the city council or other volunteer boards.
•    Portraits/headshots: images of board members, committee members, or other key staff members.
•    Facilities: images of city facilities, equipment, parks, and capital improvement projects.
•    Iconic city scenes and lifestyle: images capturing the look and feel of the city, environmental and structural.
•    Have availability on some weekends/evenings as needed.
- Photographer must be able to provide a portfolio and resume.
