Government Relations and Public Affairs Services

The Vendor is required to provide government representation services and consultation to agency on a contract basis as follows:
•    Prepare briefings, sheets, talking points, and any other materials needed for meetings, phone calls, etc. between agency designated representative and key members of the State legislature, their staff, and state agency officials and staff.
•    Perform a detailed policy research and analysis of relevant state bills, regulations, and reports. Review and report on relevant pending legislation and regulations, including committee meetings, hearings and conferences.
•    Produce written reports, bill summaries, program summaries, and updates on legislative activity to agency designated representative. Where necessary, provide these materials with short turn-around time.
