Crisis Management Certification and Recertification Training Services

The Vendor is required to provide to procure instructor certification and recertification training for crisis management services for department staff.
- Provide one initial five (5) day Crisis Management Instructor Training for ten (10) department Employees in an in-person learning environment.
- The Department requires a training program to prevent crises and restore youth to a healthy state, thereby decreasing escalations and the use of physical restraint.
- Crisis Management Certification and Recertification Training for department staff shall include:
•    Instructor Certification Course
•    Instructor Recertification Course
•    On-site Supervision of Instructor Performance Training
•    Instructor Investigator's Training
- Provide a training program to recertify the thirty-four (34) current department Crisis Management Instructors, ensuring they maintain their Instructor certifications annually.
