Program Year 2026 Community Development Block Grant Public Funding Services

The Vendor is required to provide program year 2026 community development block grant public funding services for include:
- At the time of invoice, the selected entity will need to submit the following information:
•    Amount requested to be reimbursed
•    Description of the expense
•    Full description of each activity undertaken
•    Demographic information for each client served
- Participate in annual monitoring completed by the authority. 
- Monitoring considers the following factors:
•    National objective and eligibility
•    Compliance with the sub recipient agreement
•    Record-keeping systems
•    Financial management systems
•    Insurance
•    Procurement
•    Non-discrimination and actions to further fair housing
•    Other requirements that may be set by executive orders.
