The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive advertising production services which includes, developing creative content for the production of television and radio, digital media, print materials and other marketing related initiatives intended to increase public awareness of the lottery’s products and its mission to support education across the state, while also promoting responsible gambling practices.
- Production of creative content
1. Television and radio
• Storyboard creation and script writing, talent selection and acquisition of props, set(s) or location(s), studio(s), direction of film, video, and music and any other copyrighted material or intellectual property held by a third party, if required.
2. Digital advertising content for web, mobile, and social media
• Design, produce, and integrate content for web, mobile, social, and any other technological or digital media that becomes available in the future.
• Make updates as requested.
3. Outdoor billboards and indoor digital signage
• Develop and deliver outdoor billboards, indoor digital signage, and product display units located inside retail outlets
4. Point-of-sale (POS) materials and promotional goods
• Design and deliver printed content with finished artwork or photography for point-of-sale materials and promotional goods and merchandise.
- Other advertising initiatives and marketing related services
• Collaborative sponsorships and partnerships and those goods and services associated with these efforts including “trade for mention” agreements.
• Provide advertising, production, and marketing services as deemed necessary by agency in response to this section too effectively and efficiently complete a particular project.
