The Vendor is required to provide communications consulting services, staff development, bond referendum support, crisis management, social media management and website services and any other services associated with communications for the participants.
- Requirement:
• Provide consultation, staff development, and guidance on all matters related to public relations and communications, bond referendum support and website development, maintenance and hosting.
• Web hosting services are only offered when in combination with website maintenance services
• Responsible for having a representative or team member representative in charge of the participant(s) account available to assist the school district administration as needed on a 24-hour, 7 day-a-week basis.
• Provide an account representative and specific team member on site within one (1) hour of contact from the participant during a crisis situation.
• The participant, and when necessary, the successful vendor(s) may be required to take the lead role with the media during crisis situations.
• Provide all necessary management and assistance associated with the participants social media accounts
• Maintain relations with media outlets in order to facilitate consistent coverage of the participant’s activities in regional and national electronic and print media
• Provide all necessary assistance associated with typical event press coverage
• Provide all necessary assistance as requested with respect to special events required by the participants.
• Ensure compliance with ADA title ii web and mobile accessibility requirements.
• Respond in a timely manner to audit reports provided by the participants regarding website accessibility in alignment with the current web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG) established by the World Wide Web consortium.
• Provide consultation and assistance with the development of a coordinated communications strategy for participant(s).
• Provide assistance and implementation of strategic action plans related to communicating the participant’s educational or other goals and issues to local, state, and federal elected officials.
• Provide communications training to administrative personnel, board members, and other participant personnel as requested.
• Responsible for submitting documentation of consultation, guidance and staff development provided to the participants.
• Provide the design, research, writing, courier service, tapes, cd’s, copywriting, layout and content of participating school district’s newsletters, brochures, and special publications.
• Provide the design, copywriting and layout (participant shall provide information necessary for inclusion in calendar grid layout from one central contact point) necessary to create the participant’s calendars.
• Provide the design, copywriting and layout of the participant’s budget newsletter and reminder cards as agreed.
