Event, Group, Team Photography Services

The Vendor is required to provide on event photography, group photography, and team photography. Individual student portraits and class photos intended for yearbook or portrait package sales are expressly excluded.
- Provide various photography services on an as-needed basis district-wide.
- The photographer will provide coverage for district-approved events, which may include:
•    School ceremonies (award nights, graduations, promotions)
•    Academic events (STEM fairs, academic competitions, showcases)
•    Performing arts (concerts, plays, recitals)
•    Athletic events (games, meets, tournaments)
•    Community and district events (family nights, open houses, board-approved functions)
- Photography services for organized groups, such as:
•    Clubs and organizations (National Honor Society, robotics, band, etc.)
•    Faculty and staff groups
•    Administrative teams
•    Special program groups (magnet programs, academies, leadership cohorts)
- Photography services for athletic and extracurricular teams, including:
•    Varsity, JV, and middle school sports teams
•    Cheer, dance, and spirit squads
•    Competitive academic teams (debate, math team, etc.).
