The Vendor is required to provide Consulting Services for Communication Coordination and Support.
- This includes project management, strategic planning and coordination, communication planning and coordination, public involvement planning, public information and public education efforts, developing creative concepts, communication production techniques, and expertise in digital communication tools, contact list management, meeting and presentation coordination.
- The traveling public will likely experience regional mobility challenges given the number of high-impact closures taking place simultaneously throughout this period.
- Workgroup Meeting Support
• The consultant will lead the following tasks for up to 30 hours/month:
o Assist the State with strategic planning and coordination
o Create agendas for workgroup meetings in collaboration with meeting leads
o Create PowerPoint presentations and graphics to support the workgroups
o Take notes, coordinate review, and distribution following each workgroup meeting.
o Coordination with presenters and logistics for workgroup meetings, including:
o Outreach and scheduling of presenters
o Prep session coordination
o Coordination with workgroup participants, as needed
o Manage workgroup roster updates
o Manage the Interagency inbox
o Manage and support online file sharing system for Interagency Workgroups
- The consultant will support with the following tasks that may include, but are not limited to:
o Manage and support strategic coordination needs and process improvements for agency construction projects with significant regional mobility impacts
o Coordination, support, and development of additional materials, such as Interagency
• Plans and internal work plans, to support Interagency planning efforts
