The Vendor is required to provide to manage the sponsorship and advertising process for the athletic fields at two high schools and two middle schools in the city.
- This service shall include vendor outreach, graphic design, and production of signage to be advertised on our athletic fields.
- Committee will have final approval of all signage designs prior to production.
- Sponsor Contract Length: Windscreen sponsorships are to go for three years, while larger sponsorships like scoreboard and video boards can extend to 5-10 years. Agency will be looking for an initial contract of 3 years from the selected vendor.
- Company will prioritize local businesses suggested by the athletic director and school administration, then expand to regional and corporate sponsors with whom they have existing relationships across multiple schools.
- Financial Split: Looking for a 60/40 revenue split with the selected vendor.
