Event Support Services

The Vendor is required to provide event support services for include:
- Video marketing and commercial production
•    Projects in this lot include recruitment and admissions videos; student or alumni testimonials; brand or anthem pieces; faculty research features; program or departmental spotlights; fundraising campaigns; commercials; short-form social media videos or ads; campus drone videography; and event coverage.
- Livestreaming, recording, and audio services
•    Live streaming service and projects falling under this lot include guest lectures; chancellor addresses; press announcements; concerts or performances; academic conferences; board of regents meetings hosted by university; panel discussions; may also include audience question and answer segments and presentation slides
- Event photography
•    Photography services and projects falling under this lot include ceremonies; receptions; campus celebrations; student activities; community events; guest speakers; and athletic events.
- Marketing photography
•    Events and projects falling under this lot include campus lifestyle shoots, academic programs in action, advertising campaigns, environmental portraits, campus scenes, and brand imagery.
- Studio portraits
•    Projects falling under this lot include faculty and staff portraits; student headshots; executive or leadership profiles; group photos; and consistent branded portraits for marketing or digital directories.
- Makeup artists
•    Projects falling under this lot include employees and student makeup for advertising and marketing campaigns; corporate-style headshots and leadership portraits; lifestyle and campus environment photo sessions; and promotional video shoots.
- Graphic design
•    Projects falling under this lot include brochures; flyers; posters; digital and social media graphics; print ads; signage and displays; PowerPoint or keynote presentations; event collateral; and multi-platform marketing campaigns such as digital display and social media ads.
