The Vendor is required to provide promotional items for the department, on an as needed basis.

•    Practice Fire Safety every day.
•    Make and Practice a family fire escape plan.
•    Know the sound of a smoke alarm.
•    Get out, stay out.
•    Inspect your home for fire hazards.
- Assorted Mood Color Changing Pencils: Stock Heat changing fire safety pencils with fire safety message:
•    A sound you can live with.
•    Test your smoke alarms once a month.
- 12” Wooden Ruler – Stock 12” wood ruler with fire safety message on front and fire safety rules on back.
•    Side One:
o    A sound you can live with.
o    Test your smoke alarms once a month.
•    Side Two:
o    Know 2 ways out of every room.
o    Plan and practice fire exit drills.
o    Never play with lighters and matches, they are tools for adults.
o    If your clothes catch on fire, stop-drop-and roll.
o    Test all smoke alarms every month and keep spare batteries on hand.
o    If the door feels hot do not open it, use another way out.
o    If the room is filled with smoke stay low where the air is clean to breathe.
