The Vendor is required to provide strategic communications partner to help shape and deliver a modern, integrated communications program that reflects the scale, complexity, and significance of the fund while remaining accessible and meaningful to all state.
- Requirement:
• Strategic communications: develop and implement cohesive communications strategies that translate complex investment concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
• Create high-quality content across formats and channels, supported by an annual editorial framework.
• Brand and creative development: strengthen and evolve corporation brand identity through thoughtful design and consistent application.
• Produce materials that reflect the organization's professionalism, credibility, and global stature.
• Publication development and reporting: support the production of corporation publications, including the annual report, the general elections pamphlet, the mid-year report, and others, which serve as touchpoints for stakeholders across state and global investment partners.
• Public outreach and education: design and execute initiatives to deepen public understanding of the permanent fund, its purpose, performance, and long-term value, through accessible, engaging communications.
• Board meeting support: provide communications support for board of trustees meetings, including preparation, support during meetings, and post-meeting follow-up communications to ensure an informed public.
• Digital and social communications: enhance corporation digital presence through strategic content, user-focused web experiences, and effective use of social platforms.
• Leverage analytics to inform continuous improvement.
• Marketing and campaigns: develop targeted campaigns that align with strategic priorities, including paid media where appropriate, to reach and resonate with key audiences.
• Research and insights: incorporate stakeholder research and data-driven insights to guide strategy, assess sentiment, and measure impact.
• Executive communications and media training: prepare corporation leadership and the board of trustees to communicate with confidence and clarity through training, message development, and ongoing advisory support.
• Media relations and reputation management: support proactive media engagement and earned media opportunities, while providing counsel on messaging, positioning, and issue management.
• Crisis and issues communications: provide experienced counsel and responsive support in managing emerging issues, including availability for time-sensitive situations beyond standard business hours.
• Visual media and content production: plan and produce photography, video, and multimedia content that captures corporation work and enhances storytelling across platforms.
• Multicultural communications: ensure communications reflect and respect the diversity communities through inclusive and culturally aware approaches.
