Shared Public Health Strategic Planning Services

The vendor is required to provide shared public health strategic planning process for the collaborative, including:
•    Developing a shared vision, mission, and core values for unified direction
•    Conducting an environmental analysis and assessment of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT)
•    Identifying strategic priorities and developing the strategic plan
•    Developing an implementation plan to track progress
•    Presenting the final strategic plan to the advisory board.
