The Vendor is required to provide school pictures and photography services for include:
• Individual student pictures in grades pre-kindergarten through the eleventh grade;
• Senior pictures;
• Classroom group pictures at the elementary level;
• Group pictures (cheerleaders, sports teams, clubs, band, orchestra, etc.);
• Panoramic pictures;
• Sporting event pictures; and
• Videotaping of special events (i.e., sporting events, fine arts events, prom, graduation, etc.).
- Requirements
• A computer listing, in alphabetical order, of all pictures taken, packages ordered, and money collected shall be provided to the principal with each picture session delivery.
• Proposer must provide re-takes that are of unacceptable quality (eyes closed, blurry, etc.) at no-charge to the district.
- Ordering
• Individual clubs, groups or organizations within a campus will determine which contractor they wish to use based on commission, prior experience with a contractor or whether or not they feel the contractor will benefit the campus.
• Individuals will arrange dates and times for photos to be taken.
• Any requests by a parent and student for items not offered in packages should be arranged directly between the contractor and the parent and student.
• Individual purchase orders may be issued by the individual campus for services, if necessary.
• At the end of the contract period, a report of picture sales per school must be provided to the contact.
• A summary of all financial transactions must also be provided to the schools with the payment of the commission.
