The Vendor is required to provide communications and public outreach for including but not limited to managing public outreach messages via text, email, or phone, recording and editing photo and video footage from in-person events or interviews, and providing SEP with reports and updates as requested.

• Phone call outreach - up to 1 phone call for each recipient per campaign1
