The Vendor is required to provide for marketing support materials and services.
- Provide promotional materials outside of a standard printing contract, and offer campaign specific conceptual designs for promotional materials.
- The ability to print materials in English as well as other languages as required.
- Services include:
• Shall provide direct mail and fulfillment services from a District supplied list.
• Shall provide binding services.
• Shall provide pull-up banners, stand signs, A-frames, pedestals, yard signs, canopies and tents.
• Shall provide tablecloths.
• Shall provide marketing materials such as flyers, cards, and pocket folders.
• Shall provide tri-fold and bi-fold brochures in various sizes.
• Shall provide other specialized projects such as promotional postcards and posters in various shapes and sizes.
• Shall have the ability to provide promotional materials and printing services on a variety of materials such as acrylic, coroplast, aluminum, vinyl, stickers, metals, wood, stone, cloth, car wraps, perforated window clings, and photo backdrops.
• Shall provide full-color banners for inside and outside use in various shapes, sizes, and materials, including hemming and grommets.
• Shall provide design services that have a high level of expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Shall meet tight deadlines.
• Shall provide attention to details.
• Shall provide delivery.
- May provide a 24-hour turnaround or less when needed.
- May provide installation and/or “how-to” videos if needed for products.
- May provide large-scale marketing and branding consulting (on-site) for campaign development, visual branding, and imaging when needed.
