The Vendor is required to provide marketing consulting services for college of pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences’ doctor of pharmacy and pharmaceutical and medical sciences programs to increase qualified leads, applications, and enrollments from targeted geographic markets by leveraging high-performing digital advertising across google search, display, YouTube, demandgen, performance max, and remarketing campaigns.
- Requirement:
• Manage google search, display, YouTube, demandgen, performance max and remarketing placement campaigns with a focus on conversions in the following geographical areas.
• The list may change from time to time: state
• Create lookalike audiences using data provided by the college of pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences
• Monthly campaign duties include:
o Bi-weekly meetings for the first 3 months to review campaigns and make any adjustments needed to improve performance.
o Monthly meetings for the remaining 9 months and any additional meetings as needed to adjust ad performance and strategy
o Active daily and weekly monitoring and optimization of campaigns, troubleshoot any issues that might emerge
o Respond to email questions within two working days.
o Make recommendations as they arise to improve campaign performance
• Create dashboard with weekly reports on ad performance.
• Vendor must manage these campaigns on our google platform so we can see the data for ourselves— this is non-negotiable.
• College will manage payment to google directly.
• Ensure that all advertising materials (text ads, display ads, YouTube video ads, and graphics, landing page recommendations if applicable), performance reports, dashboards, and any other digital deliverables provided to college or made publicly available comply with WCAG 2.1 level AA standards.
• Any creative material must be reviewed by the college of pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences marketing and communications team.
• Overall digital ad consulting on best practices.
