Marketing and Advertising Services

The Vendor is required to provide to enter into a professional relationship with an organization that specializes in strategic marketing, video production, public engagement, and advertising designed to leverage and promote the division's assets and programs.
- Several elements will require directed services from the selected team:
•    Assist in the development of an advertising and promotional plan to support recreation, golf, riverfront park, facility rentals, and other parks and recreation offerings.
•    Assist in the development of an advertising procurement and placement for the above
•    Assist in and support community engagement strategies that gather feedback on projects and programs, ensure public awareness of parks development projects, and grow our volunteer and partner programs.
