The Vendor is required to provide for professional commercial video production services.
- Overview:
• Production of two (2) thirty-second commercials.
• Each commercial must also include one (1) alternate cut formatted for fifteen-second placements.
• Production quality must meet broadcast television standards, including professional lighting, audio capture, and high-end cinema-level cameras.
- Commercial Concepts:
• Commercial 1 – Chairman Message
o Opening or closing on-camera appearance by the Authority Chairman.
o Majority of the commercial will consist of supporting B-roll footage with voiceover narration.
o Filming expected to be a point-and-shoot style interview setup combined with staged B-roll.
• Commercial 2 – Customer Testimonial
o Testimonial focused on our new water quality tool.
o Filming will take place in a residential home setting.
o One paid actor will be used to portray the customer testimonial.
- Production Requirements:
• Approximately one to two half-day filming sessions anticipated.
• Professional broadcast-quality audio and video equipment required.
• Editing, color correction, audio mixing, and final delivery included.
• Final deliverables must include:
o Two (2) thirty-second commercials
o Two (2) fifteen-second alternate cuts
• Vendor should include all necessary pre-production services including planning, scheduling, and shot list development.
• Vendor must provide properly licensed music suitable for commercial use, with all usage rights transferable to the Authority.
