The Vendor is required to provide services (either directly or through its service provider network) to persons with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, severe emotional disturbances, mental illness, and/or substance use disorders to eligible citizens of Counties.

• Improve and ensure community investment in lifeways mission, vision and ongoing support of the counties communities
• Website and social media content aligned with PR efforts
• Assist lifeways with internal development of tools, methods and processes to continue analyzing, monitoring and addressing associated needs moving forward

• Creation of an annual media relations strategy and editorial calendar
• Development of target media lists
• Creation of press releases, advisories, and statements
• Successful training on proactive media pitching and outreach
• Interview and press event coordination
• Development of media kits and strategies for ongoing relationship management
• Execution of internal and external alignment sessions
• Completion of executive positioning and media training
• Development of core messaging framework and audience-specific messaging
• Completion of training on messaging for sensitive topics.
