Advertising, Marketing, Media and Related Products and Services

The Vendor is required to provide for advertising, marketing, media and related services on as-needed basis.
- The District’s vision is to educate all students to become lifelong learners and productive citizens in a global society through a program of educational excellence utilizing technology and actively involving parents and the community.
- Advertising to include but not limited to:
•    Billboard
•    Cinema
•    Digital/online
•    Magazine
•    Newspaper
•    Radio
•    Social media
•    Tabloid
•    Television
•    Website
•    Graphics are to include, but not limited to graphics, vectors, video graphics, animation graphics, still graphics, etc. related to marketing and advertising
- Marketing/Consulting Services
•    Implementation plans and processes to promote and market the District
•    Advance public relations and communication
•    Outreach strategies, increased awareness of District’s brand, strengths and other marketing messaging etc. Related to marketing and advertising
•    Graphics are to include, but not limited to graphics, vectors, video graphics, animation graphics, still graphics, etc. related to marketing and advertising
- Media to include, but not limited to:
•    Digital assets to include, but are not limited to photography, logos, illustrations, animations, audiovisual media, presentations, spreadsheets, word documents, electronic mail, websites and other digital formats and their respective metadata
•    Graphics to include, but not limited to graphics, vectors, video graphics, animation graphics, still graphics, etc. Related to marketing and advertising
•    Licenses/software to include, but not be limited to programs, software (i.e. Adobe InDesign, CANVA, adobe illustrator, etc.) And licenses related to web design, graphics design, vectors, video graphics, and animation graphics, still graphics, canvasing etc. Related to marketing and advertising
•    Music files/templates to include but are not limited to music files and related licenses etc. For the production of video and for the use at special events. The district may utilize stock music and/or custom scored music
