The Vendor is required to provide strategic planning professional or agency to lead the creation of a comprehensive (3) three-year plan.
- Engagement requirement:
• Engage leadership, employees, parents, alumni, and the board through surveys, focus groups, and discovery sessions
• Facilitate one or more full-day strategic planning sessions with designated college stakeholders
• Design and facilitate a broad stakeholder engagement process with students, faculty, staff, commission, etc., and summarize themes, priorities, and insights gathered from stakeholders
• Identify strategic priorities, challenges, and opportunities
• Guide participants through situational analysis, issue identification, and priority setting
• Develop measurable goals and timelines aligned with the school’s mission
• Draft a final strategic plan that includes clear, measurable metrics and performance indicators for each goal
• Provide regular progress updates to the college’s designated project lead
• Incorporate college feedback into draft and final deliverable
• Provide an executive summary suitable for internal and external stakeholders
• Deliver a complete strategic plan with priorities, strategies, objectives, and an evaluation framework
• Price must include shipping and delivery.
• Preliminary planning to begin the Monday after the contract is awarded: June 1,2026
• Final report will be complete and due for presentation to the commission by: April 12th, 2027
• Service end date: June 30, 2027.
