The Vendor is required to provide corporate communications and/or public relations agency services to agency center to promote its impact and legacy leading up to our 40th anniversary celebration on August 12, 2026.
- Services should include, but will not be limited to:
• Content strategy and execution (thought leadership, op-eds, press releases, video, press activations etc.)
• Media relations (national broadcast, national print/digital, podcasts, radio)
• Earned speaking engagements
• Monitoring and routine/post-campaign metrics
- Work in any manner or purpose including, but not limited to, edit, create Derivative Works, reproduce, publish, display and distribute the Work and/or Derivative Works in print, digital, audio, video and any other manner, form or media.
- A comprehensive media relations strategy to deliver these messages to the marketplace in national media outlets, with a specific focus on broadcast. For example: an onsite interview for the 40th anniversary celebration with agency or an in-studio with agency on how Center supports global business innovation.
- For messaging: Narrative development and creating a set of key messages that encapsulate the Center brand, the brand’s mission, our position in the marketplace, our leadership, and narratives based on each of our key service offerings (i.e. sustainability, technology, flexible facilities and security)
