The Vendor is required to provide for professional video production services.
- Capable of providing comprehensive services that include, but are not limited to, professional video production as well as hands-on, skill-based training for College employees.
- These efforts will support the College’s goals of strengthening institutional branding, increasing student recruitment and engagement, and expanding outreach to the communities it serves.
- Ability to produce high-quality video content for social media, marketing, and other institutional communication platforms while strengthening internal capacity through hands-on training for designated staff.
- Training shall focus on core competencies including camera operation, lighting, audio capture, on-set preparation, and production workflow. The intent is to establish a strong technical foundation in content capture prior to advancing to post-production skills in subsequent training phases.

- Anticipated Video Production Services
o To ensure consistency in evaluation and to support future planning, respondents are required to provide estimated pricing for a defined set of anticipated video production projects. These projects represent common video needs of the College and are intended to establish baseline cost ranges across vendors.

- Marketing Campaign Video Production
• Responsible for video production, including the incorporation of motion graphics and visual elements that align with institutional brand standards and campaign objectives. Existing b-roll footage will be utilized as a primary content source where applicable but there may be need to capture new footage.
- Commercials shall be developed across five (5) campaign categories:
• Bachelor Programs
• Dual Credit Programs
• Student Support (Academic, Enrollment, and Wraparound Services)
• Affordability
• Certificate and Credentialing Programs
- Each campaign should include multiple format variations to support cross-platform distribution, including but not limited to:
• 16:9 (horizontal)
• 9:16 (vertical)
• 4:3 (vertical)
• 1:1 (square)
- The College anticipates a total of four (4) full production days, or up to nine (9) hours per day, dedicated to stock footage capture. Filming should include a range of environments, subjects, and scenarios that reflect authentic student experiences, academic programs, campus life, and community engagement.
- Captured footage should be intentionally shot for long-term use, with consideration for flexibility across formats, messaging, and future campaign needs. All footage must align with institutional brand standards and be delivered in an organized, accessible format for future editing and deployment.

- This video will be featured at the College’s annual commencement ceremonies and will require an accelerated production timeline (typically 2-3 weeks from date of filming) to meet event deadlines. Due to its high visibility and importance, this project is expected to require multiple rounds of revisions to ensure alignment with institutional messaging, tone, and quality expectations.
- The final video must not exceed ten (10) minutes in length and should incorporate all graduates who elect to participate in on-site recording, ensuring broad representation while maintaining a cohesive and engaging narrative.
