Video Production Services

The Vendor is required to provide video production freelancer or small production team to create up to 8 high-quality videos (5–9 minutes each).
- Requirement:
1. Pre‑production
•    Finalize scripts and storyboards with our team
•    Develop shot lists for field locations
•    Schedule filming with district staff
•    Prepare visual style, color guidelines, lower thirds, and motion graphics
2. Production (on‑site)
•    Capture field operations (e.g., main break repair, valve isolation)
•    Capture treatment facilities, tanks, pump stations, vehicles, etc.
•    Conduct interviews with staff (as necessary)
•    Drone shots of key infrastructure (licensed and permitted)
•    Capture b‑roll for future reuse
3. Post‑production
•    Editing and color correction
•    On‑screen graphics and process diagrams
•    Light animation (e.g., flow direction diagrams, isolation zone maps)
•    Voiceover or narrated text (you or us—please specify options, no AI narration)
•    Music (royalty-free)
•    2 rounds of revisions per video.
