Marketing and Management Services

The Vendor is required to provide businesses, including but not limited to railroad operators, transportation logistics companies, marketing firms specializing in rail freight, and other related entities, for the potential marketing and management of the city.
- The city is open to exploring multiple partnership structures that align with public and economic development interests. 
- Potential responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
•    Day-to-day railroad operations
•    Marketing and business development
•    Customer service and account management
•    Accounting and billing functions
•    Infrastructure inspection and maintenance
•    Regulatory compliance (including FRA and applicable state requirements)
•    Trans load marketing and operational support
•    A combination of the above services.
