The Vendor is required to provide video production contractor to plan, film, edit, and deliver two highlight reel videos that showcase the foundation’s impact for current and prospective funders.
- Provide end-to-end production services, including:
• Concept development (treatment, story arc, creative approach aligned to audience and tone)
• Pre-production (scripting, interview question development, storyboarding, shot lists, scheduling)
• Production (on-location filming, interviews and testimonials, b-roll capture of fundraising activities, facilities, staff and board members interactions as available)
• Post-production (editing, color, audio mix, motion graphics, titling and lower thirds, logo animations)
- Include the following story elements:
• Fundraising moments and impact framing (how gifts translate to outcomes)
• Veteran testimonials (first-person stories; diverse representation if feasible)
• Foundation staff and board members’ perspectives (as available)
• Clear call-to-action (CTA) for funders (donate, engage, contact foundation)
- Provide video production that matches the below tone, audience, and messaging themes:
• Audience: current and prospective foundation funders and funding sources
• Purpose: showcase the foundation’s work and measurable impact on veterans
• Tone and style: formal, dramatic, emotional, documentary-style approach preferred
• Narrative themes: service, community support, dignity, measurable impact, stewardship
- Utilize the following branding and creative requirements:
• Brand elements: integrate foundation logo and red and blue color palette
• Typography: use legible, professional fonts consistent with foundation brand standards
• Graphics: use tasteful lower thirds, title cards, and end slate with logo and CTA
• Music: rights-cleared, emotionally resonant score (no distracting lyrics)
• Voiceover (if used): professional, clear, and consistent with formal tone
- The following technical specifications:
• Final video files: shall be standard mp4 files, high-quality HD (1080p) or higher
• Versions needed: one standard widescreen version (16:9), one social-friendly version (square or vertical)
• Audio shall be normal, balanced sound levels, with clear dialogue, and without background noise.
• Simple, clean on-screen titles where needed
• Delivery method shall be downloadable via email link, cloud folder, or similar method
- The following source media and rights regulations:
• Source footage origin: contractor will film new footage (veterans, staff, board, fundraising moments)
• Releases: contractor must obtain signed appearance releases from all on-camera participants and location permissions, and provide copies to the foundation procurement team for records retention.
• Licensing: contractor must provide perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive usage rights to foundation for all final deliverables across owned and paid channels.
• Music and media: all third-party media must be fully licensed; provide license documentation to the foundation procurement team for records retention if applicable.
