The Vendor is required to provide to develop and place advertisements across multiple platforms, maximizing reach and impressions across state.
- The needs are detailed below:
• Place 4-6 existing TV spots – can occur year-round
• Complete editing and place two new TV spots using existing footage – launch around November and run through at least December
• Create and promote an annual, digital buy local lookbook (under 40 pages)- includes: photography, design, coordination with suppliers on cross-promotional opportunities, etc.— launch before thanksgiving and run through valentine’s day
• Create and place a :30 TV spot to promote a new, existing phone app— launch in September and run through December
• Promote an annual event that occurs each November (the weekend before thanksgiving) in las
• Cruces
• Utilize existing footage, and gather new footage, to showcase various agriculture initiatives (primary focus is social media and website) — content to run Dec. Through June on agency platforms
• Gather footage to expand the general agency library of production agriculture content— examples include cheese manufacturing in state, livestock/ranching sector, etc. Incorporate footage into existing campaign and create and place 1 to 2 new TV spots
• Promote agency pop-up store at the state fair and promotional events
• Identify and coordinate opportunities for the “state--taste the tradition® chef ambassadors” to promote state agricultural products on-air through cooking demos—throughout the year
• Using existing content, edit and create a seven-part educational video series to be hosted on a vanity URL
• Create a billboard campaign with high-visibility placements in agricultural and rural corridors across state
• Create and place 30-second radio spots across regional stations
• Create and place a social media campaign, including both paid and organic promotion, across Facebook and Instagram with video optimization, captioning, and content scheduling
• Create and place a statewide, targeted, digital campaign using geofencing
• Create and place a YouTube campaign with video pre-roll and discovery ads targeted by region, interest, and topic
