The Vendor is required to provide outdoor advertisements should be professionally designed, high quality, and creative, that includes, but goes beyond, traditional airport advertising, attracts new advertising, increases revenues from paid commercial advertising, improves the airport environment, and create innovative ideas.
- Types of outdoor advertising
• The airport recognizes that numerous display methods and techniques can create interest and enhance revenue.
• The trust encourages innovative approaches and the concessionaire may use digital, traditional static billboards, or a combination of both, as well as other creative display solutions.
- Concessionaire’s personnel requirements
1. Account and sales manager
• An account and sales manager must be assigned to the airport and shall be responsible for the concessionaire’s outdoor advertising at the airport.
• The account and sales manager, or a substitute in the account and sales manager’s absence, must be reachable between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
2. Sales team
• Concessionaire shall provide a sales team with a local, regional, and national experience and reach to ensure that the airport receives the benefit of local, regional, and national advertising campaign dollars and a team that is experienced to solicit and sell local, regional, and national advertising for display at the airport with an emphasis on local advertising which showcases the uniqueness of the city metropolitan area, its businesses, and its way of life, and promote the community and its commercial.
• Sales team will provide constant service and travel to the market to ensure that sales, at a minimum, reach proposer’s anticipated amounts shown in their response to the request for proposals, and sales remain strong and continue to grow.
3. Designer
• Concessionaire should have graphic designers employed or contracted that are sufficient to provide professional graphic guidance to support advertisers.
4. Maintenance staff
• Responsible for providing all maintenance and repairs for its equipment and displays and have personnel available to respond to trouble within 48 hours after notification.
