School Photography Services

The Vendor is required to provide must be able to produce quality photography throughout the district for students and staff for preschool, elementary, middle, and high school levels.
- Requires experienced vendor representatives that will consult, develop, plan, organize, and communicate effectively with all district campuses and or department personnel with expectations including commitment, quality, and timely turnaround of product.
- Photography Services
•    Fall student portrait packages with typical offerings for purchase (8X10, 5X7, 4X6, wallets, etc..)
•    Student & Teacher Class pictures
•    Individual/Group Staff pictures
•    Student picture collages
•    Photos for student and staff I.D. badges
•    Digital files must be provided in a format compatible with the District’s SIS. The District will supply an ID number, and photos must be labeled with the District ID number. The District will need a Zip file of all pictures along with the mapping file included in the Zipped folder.
•    Digital photos could be used by the District for placement in yearbooks
•    Vendor must provide a PSPA (Professional School Photographers Association) compliant CD or secure digital transfer for yearbook staff.
•    Individual pictures of students shall be taken in each school with a definite system for identification of pictures 
•    For students not purchasing a package of pictures, an annual and/or record print must be furnished at no cost to the District, and identified with student's name, teacher's name, and grade
•    Picture packages are to be delivered to each school, grouped according to teacher and/or homeroom with each student's name clearly marked on the front of the packet
•    Provide digital photo and online ordering options
•    Customization Options
•    Vendor must offer primary date and retake sessions date with flexibility to meet the needs of each campus
•    Vendor will furnish risers, background, and name board if requested.
- Must accept District issued purchase orders, District issued checks, personal checks issued by parent/guardian, or major credit cards.
