Video Production Services

The Vendor is required to provide video production vendors to provide recording, live streaming, and post-production services for university board meetings, commencement ceremonies, and other official university events.
- Pre-Event Services
•    Coordination of meetings with University staff
•    Site visits and technical assessments
•    Production planning and scheduling
•    Equipment setup and testing
•    Compliance with University branding and accessibility requirements
- Event Production Services
•    Multi-camera video recording (minimum of 6 cameras)
•    Professional audio capture (podium, panelists, ambient sound)
•    Live streaming with redundancy and recording
•    Lighting support as needed
•    Real-time switching and monitoring
•    On-site technical crew
- Post-Production Services
•    Editing and mastering footage
•    Title graphics and lower thirds using University branding
•    Audio enhancement and color correction
•    Closed captioning (ADA compliant)
•    Delivery of final video files in University-approved formats
•    Uploading to University platforms as needed
•    Title and Chapter editing within the video as requested

•    Professional broadcast cameras
•    Redundant recording systems
- Audio Requirements
•    Wireless lavalier microphones
•    Podium microphones
•    Mixer with backup recording
•    Noise reduction capability
- Live Streaming
•    Stable internet connection
•    Redundant streaming system
•    Monitoring technician
•    Ability to stream to YouTube, Zoom, or University platforms
- Accessibility
•    Closed captioning compliant with ADA
•    Transcripts upon request
- File Delivery
•    Format: MP4 or University approved
•    File naming conventions
•    Secure digital transfer.
