The Vendor is required to provide video production vendors to provide recording, live streaming, and post-production services for university board meetings, commencement ceremonies, and other official university events.

- Post-Production Services
• Editing and mastering footage
• Title graphics and lower thirds using University branding
• Audio enhancement and color correction
• Closed captioning (ADA compliant)
• Delivery of final video files in University-approved formats
• Uploading to University platforms as needed
• Title and Chapter editing within the video as requested
