The Vendor is required to provide social change marketing campaign services for include:
1. Media campaign: early fall 2026 (early September – early October)
• Use the existing inventory of fund advertisements to manage placement in media outlets on a similar schedule to that used in prior years.
• Manage digital ads to optimize cost-per-click at a similar expense level achieved in prior years.
• Dollar allocation available for this early fall 2026 effort shall be approximately $7,000 billed to and paid directly by commission.
2. Media campaign: winter 2027 (January - February)
• Use the existing inventory of fund advertisements plus limited new creative by the consultant to manage placement in media outlets on a similar schedule to that used in prior years.
• Manage digital ads to optimize cost-per-click at a similar expense level achieved in prior years.
• Dollar allocation available for this January-February effort shall be approximately $2,400 billed to and paid directly by commission.
3. Media campaign: spring 2027 (mid-April through – June)
• Use the existing inventory of fund advertisements as well as new creative by the consultant.
• Manage digital ads to optimize cost-per-click at a similar expense level achieved in prior years.
• Dollar allocation available for this spring 2027 effort shall be approximately $16,600 (billed to and paid directly by commission).
